Chanel 19 Handbag Golden Chain

The Chanel 19 was the last major Chanel bag designed by the late Karl Lagerfeld. The Chanel 19 bag for 2019 pays tribute to the elder 2.55 bag created in February 1955 by Coco Chanel. It was first unveiled in March 2019 as part of the Fall/Winter 2019 collection. In a collaborative effort, Largerfeld and Virginie Viard, Chanel’s current creative director, took inspiration from the Classic Flap and 2.55 Flap but re-imagined. Noticeable differences include the slouchier shape, the chunky chain top handle and adjustable strap with three chunky chains in silver, aged gold, ruthenium interlaced with leather. The exaggerated diamond quilting also enhance the Chanel 19 Bag's casual and chic style. The style has quickly become popular with Chanel bag lovers and each season new variations are sent down the runway.
