The delivery time of orders is divided into two processes:


– Order processing: Taking about 2-3 working days

– Delivery of the order: It takes from 10 to 15 working days. A tracking number will be provided so that you can see where your order is at all times.


After the order is placed, the products are prepared for dispatch. Normally it takes 3-7 working days until you receive the order number.


Note: Deadlines are estimates and refer to working days. (saturday and sunday are not working days)

The transport agency will contact you and try to schedule a second delivery. In case it could not be carried out, they will make the package available to you at your nearest post office or DHL.

Since every order is custom made and we have a large assortment of products, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately from our different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
